Millaa Milaa Centennial Celebration in September 2011
Malanda Rd, Millaa Millaa, QLD, Australia, 4886

Millaa Millaa is one of the most beautiful places in Australia. The waterfalls, rainforest, wildlife and extraordinary views make this a magical place to visit - somewhere you are likely to remember for a very long time. And in September 2011 Millaa Millaa is celebrating its Centennial. Read more at the Millaa Millaa website.

Millaa Millaa Golf Course is found on the southern end of the Cairns Highlands/ Atherton Tablelands, 110km SW of Cairns and 60km west of Innisfail. At around 870 metres above sea level, this is one of Queensland's highest altitude golf courses.

Millaa Millaa Golf Course is pleasantly undulating with 9 holes and 18 tees. It presents natural water hazards, bunkers and trees well placed to test the accuracy of the golfer. Together with rather small grass greens, this scenic course is not the easy beat it first appears. The course attracts a myriad of native birds and other wildlife, including the rare Lumholtz Tree Kangaroo.

9 holes, 18 tees, Par 70, 5129 metres.
Green Fees $10:00. Club Competitions Sundays. Visitors are welcome and hire clubs and buggies are available from the Caravan Park next to the course, the Millaa Millaa Tourist Park.

An Annual Open Weekend and Junior Open are held in September, which in 2011 is also the month when the Millaa Millaa Centennial will be celebrated.
